Twelve years old. What a joy to celebrate him, and what a wonderful guy he's turning out to be. The ice cream cake melted, but we made the best of it. (I know you want a spoonful of that chocolaty deliciousness. Mmmm-mmm.)

Hi Robin, you probably won't remember me from Eve...but my name is Margaret S. and I was in the middle school/high school girls' group you helped lead at Redeemer Presbyterian in Austin, TX about 5 yrs ago! A team from Redeemer visited Peru this past summer, and although we didn't see your family, y'alls name was tossed around. So I found your blog through the link on the Smiths' blog, and WOW! I can't believe how much your kids have grown! Last time I saw Caroline, she was a little toddler in the nursery with donut all over her hands. And I don't think your littlest guy was even born yet. :) Anyway, just wanted to say this is a great blog and I love the photos... Keep up the good work!
