We went this week to a wildlife preserve, and got to see some amazing native creatures. Foxes, owls, road runners, monkeys, coatis and an amazing Andean condor were all very happy to see visitors--some were inside of their cages, and some were not. All of the animals in this "zoo" have been rescued, and the owners are waiting for government funding in order to continue to care for these incredible animals.
